LOVE BELONGS IN THE WORKPLACE

The Coronavirus Pandemic has united the planet in it’s impact while raising levels of mental illness, loneliness, systemic injustice, and division in our societies, organizations, schools and workplaces. Now is an important time to bring our teams together in support of their well-being for the sake of their own lives and the health of our organizations. This program offers a new framework to support inclusion, mental health and trust building within corporations and communities so employees can show up to work complete and leave the same way.

The Love Extremist Lunch Hour is a series of 30-60 minute virtual workshops for employees across the organization to cultivate practices supporting resilience, understanding, trust, courage and respect for themselves, their teams and the planet. This workshop is designed for groups of 20-200 spanning the organization, either selected at random from different departments or focused on specific teams.
- Average cost is $100 per attendee and companies, organizations and schools have the option to match their workshop cost ($200 per attendee) to support the facilitation of a pro-bono workshop in the community. Group discounts may apply for larger sessions and ongoing projects.

After over more than 100 discovery sessions focused on understanding the ways in which we can bridge differences interpersonally, overcome hardship and cultivate self-care and dignity on an individual basis, we have developed a targeted program that uses personal narratives, journal reflection and group sharing intended to help employees and leaders support themselves and their peers through challenging times such as these.
